We know many of you experience freezes when entering the menu or trying to move items in the Inventory. The root cause of the issue was found - and it appears to be quite complex and needs a few technical updates on our side. We already started doing them, but it will still require a few days to complete this process. We are doing everything possible (and some impossible things) to fasten it.

The issue with the black screen when entering photo mode unfortunately returned - and it has another cause than it had before - its being actively investigated and we hope it will be fixed within the next few days.

We also know that some players had issues when catching big fish (over 500kg) and on the last 2-3 meters the gaff animation doesnt get triggered. This is being addressed as well.

Some of you are getting an error when trying to enter the game. We found that it helped some players to update their OS to the latest version and re-install the game. If you are experiencing something similar, please try these steps and if it doesnt resolve the issue, contact support@fishingplanet.com.

We are also investigating the nature of other crashes or freezes not related to entering the menu and inventory, thanks to everyone who reported the issues and helped our investigation.
