Known issues and Steam Cloud saves

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a good time with Rainswept, and thank you for the wonderful response to the game! That said, there are some issues that have been pointed out and I'm working on. At the moment they seem to be relatively rare, but if you've encountered them, do let me know in the comments for this post! 1. Loading a saved game disables the ability to turn pages in the journal. (Fixed in v1.0.11a) 2. In some cases the character will always run to the left automatically when not controlled by the player, possibly due to the default joystick controls. A patch for this will be up today. (Fixed in v1.0.11a) 3. It is possible to get stuck in Allan's basement on day 5 after completing the tasks inside the basement. (Fixed in v1.0.11a) 4. Sometimes loading a save will force the player to get stuck in a conversation loop. 5. Framerate cap will be added Also, Steam Cloud save support has been added for both Windows and Mac.     • Detective Michael Stone arrives in the small town of Pineview to assist the local police force with a seemingly simple case - A couple is found dead in their kitchen. The locals believe it to be a case of murder-suicide, their speculation fueled by rumors of the turbulent nature of the couple's relationship.

    Is it just small-town gossip, or is there some truth to the rumors?

    Help Detective Stone, assisted by the driven and empathetic Amy Blunt, discover the truth behind Chris and Diane's story. But be warned: the further he pursues the case, the more his own past shall come back to haunt him. And the closer his sanity will be pushed to the edge.

    Rainswept is an adventure game - A murder mystery dealing with themes of love, relationships and unresolved trauma. It has been developed by Frostwood Interactive, a studio found by Armaan Sandhu. The soundtrack is being composed by Micamic, the composer behind Harvester Games' excellent 2012 indie title "The Cat Lady"
