New upgrades system:

Explore the tower more! You now have to find upgrade points and then convert them into super usefull perks on workbenches (in separate rooms).
Upgrade points will also drop from minibosses and secret crates.
No HP upgrades that make you tough too soon.
However every crafted perk will give you +2 max HP.
Telekinetic perk now let you pick ammo and medkits from the great distance.
New Flame Kicks perk that stacks with stomps too.
Fixed Boosted Jump perk.
Air Dash perk looks nicer now.

Also:

Some models are redesigned.
Levels have names.
Secret weapon storers contains better guns.
