BASIC:
- Players who drop out of the match automatically have their mines and stone mines destroyed.
- Improved faction and team settings interface in the map editor.
- In multiplay survival mode, you can choose the limit of an era's progress.
- Slinger: can no longer attack with a punch.
- Axeman: damage reduced from 20 to 19, when attacked it halves the armor of a "living" target for 10 seconds (effect does not stack).
- Spearmen: damage to rider slows target by half for 5 seconds (effect does not stack).
- Archer: can no longer attack with a strike.

- Longbow: can no longer attack with stab.
- Crossbowman: can no longer attack with stab.
- Bombard: damage to "living" target slows target by half for 8 seconds (effect does not stack).
- Cannon: damage to a land target slows target by half for 8 seconds (effect does not stack).
- Galleon: damage to "living" target slows target by half for 8 seconds (effect does not stack).
