Last Epoch Patch 1.1.2 Patch Notes
In the campaign nemesis does not spawn if the items were generated at least 15 levels above the zone level, or there is an egg present. Additionally, if the player interacts with nemesis in a campaign zone of a certain level, and then interacts with a nemesis in campaign zones at or below that level three more times, the nemeses will not appear for them in campaign zones of that level or below.
To prevent encountering the above Nemesis spawn protection in normal play, we have adjusted several area levels:
The team has already begun working on a large number of bug fixes and updates for a future patch. If you did not see your issue addressed this time around, rest assured it has not been forgotten. We thank you all for your patience and value your feedback.

Changes
Controller
- Added controller integration for Dungeon Door Panels and Boss Fight Confirmation Windows
- "B" or "Start" on Controller will now close the Nemesis panel
Visuals & UI
- Updated graphics for "Void Cultist" enemies
- Added Backer Reward painting to Arena Lobby
- Added death VFX to Weathered Statue enemies
- The mana cost displayed on ability tooltips now rounds to the nearest 0.1, rather than always rounding *up* to a whole number.
- - It still prioritizes rounding up when it's in the range (0, 0.05] and would otherwise round to 0 despite having a positive mana cost. It's important to show a positive mana cost in this case to accurately indicate to the player that the skill can't be used when below 0 mana.
- - Example: Previously, if a mana cost of a skill was 39.7, it would round the tooltip to 40. But if there was a mechanic that only happens with 40 mana cost, it wouldn't occur with that 39.7 mana cost. The skill will now display the mana cost of 39.7 mana to prevent this confusion.
- Displayed Mana Regeneration in Character sheet now rounds to the nearest 0.1 instead of rounding to the nearest whole number
- Added Indicator to Remove Only Stash Tabs
Nemesis
Nemesis Spawn Changes
In the campaign nemesis does not spawn if the items were generated at least 15 levels above the zone level, or there is an egg present. Additionally, if the player interacts with nemesis in a campaign zone of a certain level, and then interacts with a nemesis in campaign zones at or below that level three more times, the nemeses will not appear for them in campaign zones of that level or below.
Related Area Level Changes
To prevent encountering the above Nemesis spawn protection in normal play, we have adjusted several area levels:
- The Council Chambers is level 11 (from 10)
- Erza's Library is level 12 (from 11)
- The Shrouded Ridge is level 17 (from 14)
- The Ruined College is level 24 (from 23)
- The Great College is level 24 (from 25)
- The Felled Wood is level 26 (from 25)
- Soulfire Bastion, Soulfire Keep, and The Soul Furnace show on the map as level 37 (from 24, 24, and 90 respectively). This does not affect the level of the actual dungeon tiers.
Other Nemesis Changes
- Increased base nemesis spawn rate (before additional spawn rate from corruption) by 15%
- The nemesis icon is shown on the minimap at the same distance as the chat message triggers (from 67% of that distance)
