Hey everyone, were very excited to bring you some new massive updates! The major news is that weve added Mac support, were working on native Apple Silicon support but at the moment the game runs great on both Intel and Apple Silicon through Rosetta 2. Adventure In Aellion also supports cross-platform play between Mac and Windows PC so you dont have to worry about leaving anyone out. Our work on Mac support has taught us all a great deal and hopefully well be able to use that experience to bring Adventure In Aellion to Linux and other platforms in the near future! Our next piece of news is that weve gone through a major engine upgrade to Unreal Engine 4.27 Because of this the game runs better, has improved lighting and helps to support our work to move the game to one persistent level so players in multiplayer can travel wherever they want without worrying about the level the other players are on! Weve been working hard on these updates and we apologise for the time it took to get this update out, creating a Mac version proved quite challenging but we got there. A few supporters have been asking for a project roadmap and thats something we want to post sooner rather than later. We have had to change our own time estimates due to how much work this new update took. we would definitely like to get the new dungeon in at least a playable teaser state for you all by summer, including the persistent level loading.
