Thank you for waiting! Here are the fixes and achievements!
Some development data accidentally was included in the release, and it had to be cleared. This was done by making a new saved game directory. The bad news is that this was not keeping track of your endings, and your saved games will now be somewhere else.
The good news is that your saved games are not gone.
One of two things may of happened for you, so Im including two sets of instructions.
If the patch worked everything should be cleared. Otherwise some manual file deleting is needed.
Method A: The fix worked! But now you want to get back your saved games.

HERE. Click to enlarge.
1. Make sure your game and Steam is closed.
2. Find your user data folder, and navigate to a folder called RenPy.
**** On Windows:
The fastest way is to press
Windows Key + R and type: %appdata%\RenPy
**** On Linux:
In your
home directory there will be a
hidden folder named .renpy
3. Once inside this folder there should be two folders named after the game. One is named
JackInACastle and the other is named
JackInACastleData.
4. The older version is
JackInACastleData, open this and locate files that end with
.save extensions.
5. Copy these files to the other directory named
JackInACastle.
6. Be sure NOT to copy the file named
persistent.
Method B: It didnt work... and you want to clear the unlocked content.
