Hey,
A quick hotfix is live:
* fixes issue when saving and reloading a game would make most of the skills stop working (if you just reload any save then it should get automatically fixed)
* fixed an issue where shield stat could overflow with some highly synergistic builds (addded a very high hardcap for shield stat)
