Fixed case where you would get thrown to progression after Boss Battle if tank and leader aren't the same
-Fix for setting high-stage going to boss battle max stage after boss battle
-Added GM commands to fix high stage issue for those that needed set back.
-Enabled all party member targeting in survival so they aren't just getting targets from the tank.
-Swapped 2x Health server buff with 2x Gem shard gains
-Added Toggle for ancients that are max level for less clutter.
