Added ability to leave queue for event dungeons
-Added a message in chat to say who is entering and leaving the event queues.
-Changed a bunch of GFX settings for better display
-Changed 2 Shop Buffs.
Blue shard mult is now Shard mult this will mult Red Shards from events as well.
2X Move Speed has replaced Scroll mult
-Fixed an issue with treasure chests being open and shut at the same time
-Boss Battle Leader Board should properly reset now
-Fixed some mob generating conditions that wouldn't let them generate quick enough
-Increased Red Shards from Boss Battle slightly
-Changed some movement sync code to work better
-Possible fix for health sync breaking
-Fixed a null on client that could happen if group leader disconnects.
-Fixed Def to HP Talent not being a mult
