Fix for a random null on the server
-Fix for a null in Dungeon options under a rare condition
-Fixed a condition that prevented monk from hitting a FFTT/Horde Boss
-Finished Re-scaling Mob Def/HP/Damage
-Added ability to scale on the fly from the DB
-TD instances now self destruct when a new version is out to hopefully fix talent reset bug
-Changed the point on mobs that you target and move to so there would never be a case you pushed the mob around
-Decreased Mob respawn timer in Crypt
-Made sure all Defense and Damage/Pen changes updated in real time on Target UI
-More Changes to Monk runes
-Fixed Tool-tips updating and showing the wrong tool-tip
-Changed stats display to show a complete breakdown including buff names
-Fixed bug with Ascend button not popping up
