Added Setting to Disable Queue Chat Spam
-Added Setting to Disable Crypt Roll Spam
-Added Notification to Charms that puts an exclamation point over new/upgraded Charms
-Added New Dungeon Option - Library
*Movement Speed is increases are disabled except for Server Move speed buff
*Each Chest Way point Drops a Charm

-Fixed a bug with mesh destruction when items floated to player
