Fixed Monk casting a buff non stop due to a cool down being set to 0
-Changed the order that stats update to prevent calculating a stat based on a mult that decreased on the change
-Added The Weekend Server Buff system, Info can be found Below the Dungeon Buff
-Fixed an issue with Boss Rush that would kick you out after 60 seconds, this would become an issue when stacking Time Mages
-Optimized the Gem level up code and added some additional checks to prevent odd spikes in gem levels
-Dungeon Points for all Dungeons are now using your Boss Rush floor as a base
-Possible fix for Reconnect unable to switch charm bug
-Guild Talent full level check box has been removed and will always be as if it was checked
-A Boss Rush Preset has been added
