Fixed issue with skill queue on server may lead to better performance
-Added a command to force kill all old inactive pooled Dungeons for test purposes
-Fixed Dungeon Options for FFTT being behind Boss Battle profile on the UI
-Fixed party bug that would lead to party getting booted to library when leader left the party
-Fixed a weekend dungeon mult calculating 100% too much
-Fixed issue with Weapon Master Support applying the last player to switch support as buff value instead of highest in party
-Fixed an issue where a DOT Duration could be set for a skill while a rune is active and not change back when rune has been set inactive
