What's in this update?

- Move automove toggle from menu to a hotkey

- Can use D-pad in menu
- Can use both D-pad and mouse wheel to change levels
- Added controller deadzone
- Fixed some cheesy solutions in level 3-1
- Made ostinato lines (levels 4-7 of respective worlds) softer
Bug fixes
- Sometimes coudln't move when entering level
- Had an issue with mouse appearing in submenus
- Mouse wouldn't always be able to click on UI element
- Some musical clips in world 1 were accidentally set to silence
