When you begin your adventure, you'll choose a survivor and be able to jump right into single-player or co-op.
If you decide you want to expand your experience, you can buy the Premium Content DLC for complete access to all survivors, difficulty levels and the ability to level them up past level 4.

Early Access?
Outbreak: Epidemic will launch with a healthy amount of content, but it's just the beginning. Over the next year, additional scenarios, weapons, gameplay mechanics, polish and more will be added. As you play the Early Access version, you should expect to encounter unpolished content, bugs and other rough edges as the final product comes together. The base game is free to play, but as an incentive to help out, all premium DLC will be discounted during the Early Access period.
