Greetings Commanders, 2016 has been a very exciting year for Codex Worlds. This past week, Infinium Strike was featured at the #8 spot in Gameranx’s Top 10 Tower Defense Games of 2016. Be sure to check out the full video here. Following the July release of Infinium Strike on PC worldwide, the development team has been hard at work on what’s next for the game. Our first DLC, Infinium Strike: Broken Overlord is in the early development process, releasing in 2017. Until then, here is the teaser trailer for Infinium Strike: Broken Overlord. Along with the DLC, the development team has been working on the ports for Infinium Strike on Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Console versions will also release in 2017. Finally, we are deep into development of our next title, Battlecursed, a Rogue-style Action RPG. Infinium Strike is a starship tower defense game blending strategy and real-time action. You are the weapons officer on the battlecarrier Freedom Strike. By harvesting and utilizing Infinium – the living metal of the cosmos – players can endlessly “print” powerful turrets and a deadly drone fleet.
