There's a new update to Mini Matches (1.6.4) with a brand new game mode, and some other big improvements.

Drive Tanks, Shoot Triangles

A variation of the Tank Duel game mode, this one lets you shoot your opponents but the final score is based on how many triangles of your own colour that you shoot. It's not as confrontational as the duel, and I've found that it makes for a nice breather between more energetic rounds!

Ability Indicators

One improvement that had been on my list for a while was adding an indicator for whether or not you'd used your ability during a round. It's not only good as a reminder that you have it, but it also lets you sneak a look at your opponents and judge just how dangerous they are.

Other Improvements

• Emotes are always big (There's no short or long tap for small or big emotes any more. Just tap, they're always big!)
• Remove Asteroid references where appropriate. (The game is much more than shooting asteroids now, so now they're shapes and triangles.)
• Tighten controls in jumping modes (They're now less floaty, and should be better for precision jumping in the Floor is Lava and Jump and Shoot.)
• Demo players can play more rounds
• Fixed bug where end of match scores would sometimes be assigned incorrectly.
• Fixed bug where the game could crash during 'Follow The Instructions' mode
• Fixed patterns in You Are The Asteroid (All asteroids had the architect pattern.)
• Fixed bug where the scores in Hidden Racing for all but the winner were random. (Now it's based on how far you managed to get without being shot.)
