Game Development Fun
This week weve got quite a bit of news from the world of Broken Lines game development, so sit tight!
From Sandbox to the Prototype
In the last month, we shared a few photos and slideshows from our very early days, showing you how we used an unconventional method to design Broken Lines - by playing in a special sandbox.
Well, did you know that we took the sandbox created map design, and created an actual in-game version of it for our early game prototype?
The machine gunner was just as deadly in-game as it was in our sandbox!

Beta Bug Fun
As you may have noticed, we do enjoy sharing the various bugs that we find in our closed beta, mainly because theyre usually very funny to look at. Naturally, we quickly find the source of the bug and fix it, so no need to worry about the final release!
This weeks bug was some strange behavior when it came to pathfinding. Instead of walking to one point, the squad members would continue to walk around in circles, as if they were looking for someone in the grass!

And thats it for this weeks news blast, we hope that youve enjoyed it! If you have, please consider following us on our Social Media platforms for more Broken Lines content:
