Dear Innkeepers, We have some news for those playing Crossroads Inn on older Win 7 and 8.1 OS! Version 3.0.5 is now temporarily available on a separate branch for you to play on while we get more permanent solutions in place to make 3.0.6 playable for those using older OS. How to Switch Branches 1. Find Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition in Steam Library. 2. Right-click on it and choose Properties. 3. Go to the Betas tab and select old_windows from the dropdown menu. 4. Wait until the update is downloaded. It is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall the game for this switch as well. It will ensure you are on version 3.0.5 without any conflicts on that branch. Linux and Mac Users We are working to get patch 3.0.6 playable for Mac and Linux users however, once that is complete, support for these platforms will be discontinued. Coming Up: After the Easter Holiday, the devs will be getting back to work on making the latest patch (3.0.6) playable for Win 7 and 8 users, as well as working on the bug fixes for patch 3.0.7. Some of the bugs being addressed for the next patch include: Bugged cat animations Bugs with petting cats and dogs Bards taking a bath while clothed Adding XP for cleaning floors Some fixes for the Debt system This list is not finalized as we identify and test other reported bugs from the community and is subject to change.
