Behold, Billion Beat Bug Bash #1! This ups the version number to 00.02.02.

Fixed a bug where starting a Tournament would go to the Lie-Berry instead. My bad, y'all!
Fixed a bug where it was possible to win a match yet still get negative Hype. Now, you'll always receive at least your Ante back.
Fixed a bug where the UI on the Arcade Select Screen would go apeshit due to the aforementioned negative hypes. Now, even if your save file has negative hype matches, it should display 0's instead and function properly.
Made loading screen animations much faster.
