Fixes the following issues:

On Hard Mode, the final form of the final boss was bugged and was unbeatable. This has been fixed.
Fixed an off-by-one issue with the Practice Screen where you couldn't select the most recent fighter.
Added triggers to fix certain Achievement unlocks.

This will bring the version up to 00.02.05.
