This fix addresses the following issues:

Swag Master's clothes were much weaker than they should be. His glasses and arrow-hat now have much more durability.
Fixes an issue where Tronix Master would fail to jump in after a lightning storm, making him unhittable.
Fixes the Game Over screen so the prompt says "Press Start" when a controller is plugged in.
Fixes an issue in which the SFX on the Game Over screen were always at max volume despite settings.
Fixes an issue in which trophies were not lit up after clearing a tournament on the Select Screen.
