Billion Beat Bug Fix #13

This patch fixes the following issues:

Fixes a bug in which the achievement for beating Easy Mode was not properly unlocking.
Fixes the final boss's "Avoid Damage" Hyper Mission.
Fixes an issue in which using Rapid Punches against the final boss's second form's hand would put it into an infinite stunlock state.
Adds a check to see if the player's Fist Level is above the maximum level, and resets it to the maximum level if so to avoid bugs.

This brings the current build number up to 01.00.01.
