Being a DIK is a choice driven adult Visual Novel (VN).
In this game you play as a young male attending college and the choices you make will affect the characters around you and shape your character and adventure.
Will you choose to play as a nice, caring and romantic guy or as someone more straightforward and daring?
The girls in the game like different and may or may not be attracted to you based on your choices. Can you resist the temptations along the way to get the girl of your dreams or will you relent and just...experiment? Hey, it's college after all!
The game is a Visual Novel and it's made more interactive through optional mini-games and free-roam events where you can explore the current environment. You can purchase boosters, cheats and skills to make the mini-games easier to pass and find hidden items that unlock special lewd artwork and more.
Being a DIK Season 1 includes Episodes 1-4:
- Episode 1 - The Initiation
- Episode 2 - Maggot Brothers
- Episode 3 - 100%
- Episode 4 - When worlds collide
You can expect an 8-12 hour game that can be replayed numerous times to experience different paths and girls.
Being a DIK: Season 2, and future seasons, will be a continuation to the story and released as DLC.
Today, I\'d like to share some fresh news about Season 3 with you.
Trailer and store page update
The store page has been updated, and it now includes a trailer. Four new screenshots have been added, and the DLC description has been updated. Check it out and see what new information you can find. ;)
The end of the Season 3 development draws nearer with every day that passes. I\'m in the midst of developing episode 12, which is the final episode of Season 3.
The overall completion of Season 3 development is around 90%. I\'m roughly 60% done with Episode 12 development today.

4K mode
I\'ve been working in silence this year on a special feature that I\'d like to reveal today. Season 3 on Steam will have an optional 4K mode.
Seasons 1 and 2 are both in full HD resolution, and the jump to 4K is a significant leap for the game.
You will still be able to play Season 3 in full HD resolution - it is included as the standard for the Season 3 DLC. The 4K mode will be an optional DLC included with your Season 3 purchase.
After downloading the 4K mode DLC, you can enable it in the game like this.

Renders haven\'t been upscaled to achieve this. The art has been rendered and processed at native 4K resolution.
Disk space and requirements
The 4K mode will require a PC with a decent GPU and CPU, and quite a bit of storage space, since the art is pre-rendered.
Currently, the Season 3 size with the 4K DLC is 84 GB, and I estimate the total size won\'t exceed 100 GB when development is fully complete.
Without downloading the optional 4K mode DLC, Season 3 will be around 25 GB.
This means you need roughly 25 GB of available disk space to play Season 3 at standard settings and 90-100 GB of disk space if you want to play Season 3 in 4K.
Release date
Season 3 will be released sometime during 2026. I will announce a more specific release date when I\'m certain that I can keep it. I\'m working as hard as possible to bring this DLC to you.
