This update features a completely reworked footsteps system, with 170 different SFX for different surfaces, a fresh menu, balancing, matchmaking fixes, optimisations and more!
Features
- Reworked footstep system, with over 170 new SFX for different surfaces
- Reload SFX for the Chiappa Double Eagle, Beretta, MAT-49, UZI and Bazooka
- Fixes to team deathmatch and matchmaking bugs
- Added paint splatter to walls
- Slight balancing changes, including med-kit buffs
- Leave messages and automatic reconnection when the connection is lost
- Refreshed main menu
- Changes to SFX when underwater
- Unique music when loading each map
- Particle optimisations (40% better particle performance)
- Other changes and fixes

Paint Warfare (or PW for short) is an early access multiplayer paintball shooter FPS, with realistic unlockable weapons and a unique low-poly art style.
The remastered version (which has been in development since late 2018) features better combat, brand new maps and weapons.
The vast maps supporting large-scale team and FFA combat, taking inspiration from real-world military combat around the world.
While this may not look, like your everyday shooter title, Paint Warfare combines strategy, along with fun cartoony gameplay to create a unique and fun multiplayer experience.
