Paint Warfare (or PW for short) is an early access multiplayer paintball shooter FPS, with realistic unlockable weapons and a unique low-poly art style.
The remastered version (which has been in development since late 2018) features better combat, brand new maps and weapons.
The vast maps supporting large-scale team and FFA combat, taking inspiration from real-world military combat around the world.
While this may not look, like your everyday shooter title, Paint Warfare combines strategy, along with fun cartoony gameplay to create a unique and fun multiplayer experience.

Development

Paint Warfare major releases are released every month, with smaller patches and content additions in between. The game is currently in a very early early access stage, with more content and fixes coming soon!

Paint Warfare 1.7.1 was a 2 part update fixing critical issues and bugs found in 1.7.0.

Changes;

New unique music for the Blizzard, Archipelago and Factory
Changes to the way music is played when loading a map
Updated menu music
Ping counters in the menu now display 'connecting' when a connection is not yet established
Added rocket jumping
Definitely no new easter eggs

Fixes:

Fixed missing textures found in the player model in the plane
Fixed a bug that prevented the plane from shooting
Respawn fixes in the LMS mode
Fixed a bug that prevented vehicles from being destroyed
Fixed kill-feed syncing issues
Fixed healing and auto-heling

Balancing:

Reduced bazooka damage to a maximum of 100hp, depending on the distance from the explosion
Reduced the ammo for the bazooka from 6 to 5
The med-kit cooldown has been reduced from 5 seconds to 3
The med-kit is now infinite and heals 20hp per use
Bumped up grenade count; depending on which type of grenade you have equipped, you now have 2-5 bonus grenades
Increased M240B damage to 14hp / hit
Reduced the force of grenades when grenade jumping
