Hey everyone! Time for the weekly patch notes!

ADDITIONS

Added new music track for the Base Defense System!
Added new sounds for the Base Defense System.
Added a new enemy - > Mine Drone
---> This drone emits an explosion within range of the player.
Powerups now have better drop rates.
---> Initial drop rate decreased from 12% -> 8%
---> Every enemy that does not drop a powerup increases drop rate by 1.75%
Health pack drop rate decreased from 18% -> 16%
New ending sequence after the fight with Zelos.

ADJUSTMENTS

Adjusted the controls menu in the Hub to better fit the overall layout and appearance.
Disabled trailer mode.
Player health bar now extends based on your max health perk level.
Hub menu top and bottom borders adjusted to create more space.
Zelos no longer drops a health pack on death.
All explosion sounds are now centralized to one system and have panned sound when using surround / 3D sound.
Moved ship level to bottom right of screen.
Made ship level and scraps more readable in the Hub.
Fixed a whole bunch of Russian translation issues.

BUG FIXES

Fixed a bug where skipping through dialog would sometimes duplicate words.
Fixed a bug where challenges would overwrite every time the game started up.
Fixed a bug where the stats main menu in the Hub would not be interactable if you switched to another submenu of the hub while the ship stats were open.
Game options for Screenshake and Rumble in the Hub options menu were not translating.
Options sliders text in hub menu now change color when selected via controller / keyboard.
Fixed a bug where Zelos' drones and bob's drones would throw their scraps across the screen on death.

Chronicle: Unit Eight is an arcade bullethell roguelike with a sliver of RPG thrown into the mix. Mixing the combat and game feel of vertical shooter games like "Raiden" and "Ikaruga" with the roguelite progression style of "Rogue Legacy". Chronicle gives that old school space shooting genre a new flavor of life. Dodge, fire bullets, and increase in strength by finding powerups or modifications on each fun. Collect Scraps that fall off of enemy ships to use to upgrade your ship for future runs. Discover many secrets and defeat the space pirate boss that you were originally hired to destroy.

Chronicle is a mercenary-for-hire organization. They have dispatched one mercenary, (codenamed Atlas,) and her ship, Unit Eight to sabotage and destroy a secret weapon that a space pirate group has created to destroy planets.

Discover new weapon combos, defensive maneuvers, abilities, bombs, and unlocks to help manifest the perfect run.

After every run, explore the vast perk tree and upgrade your ship through modifications, weapons, weapon unlocks, defensive maneuvers and more!

Can you defeat the space pirate organization and destroy the secret weapon before all the planets that we know are eliminated for good?
