So I, Mr. Stitches, Lord of Darkness, and other grim titles, have decided to hold a fanart contest! Lets discuss how this will work, so pay attention! You lovely scum, you. 1st- Join our Discord server here! And enter the channel called #fanart-contest.

2nd- Upload a file of your fanart!

Thats right, a file. This fanart contest is not just for drawings; its for music, fan fiction, handmade crafts, cosplay, fan games, videos, you name it!

3rd- I, Lord Stitches, will choose 6 winners:

The first 3 winners will be chosen from the best of the best, truly recognized for their effort and creativity. The other 3 winners will be chosen after the first three, and they will be chosen at random! So it doesnt matter what artistic level you have, everyone has a chance of winning! Disclosure: We will only accept ONE piece of fanart per person, so pick your favorite and send it! No cheating or I W I L L K N O W.

4th- The glorious prizes:

I will bestow upon the winners a key for Underhero, in their platform of choice (Steam or Gamejolt, Windows PC only!). I will let my goons contact the winners privately through discord. They are lazy, but not even they can ignore my orders. HAHAHA! And for the second super special prize WE WILL SHOWCASE THE WINNERS AND THEIR ART, IN-GAME! Your art, forever immortalized inside the code of Underhero. It will be hidden in a secret room. I hope you find it! (We will add this room in an update, after launch).

5th- Time time time:

The contest starts today, so you can start sending that sweet fanart NOW, until September 15. That day will be the end of the contest. The next day on September 16, the winners will be announced! And even if you dont win, we still have a little surprise for all the contestants

That same day, we will update the Underhero demo!

DESCRIPTION:

Underhero is a 2D side-scroller RPG adventure game with timing-based combat. It tells an intriguing and mysterious story, full of silly characters brimming with personality, quirky dialogue, and lots of weird humor.

STORY:

Inspired by Paper Mario games and RPGs in general, it tells the story of a world where the chosen hero has failed and an underling of the main villain takes his place as the new “hero”.
