- Fixed AZERTY & JCUKEN keyboard layout: some character pictures were missing, some bindings wrong
- Added "Ultra 2" graphic settings with very 16xAA and 4k shadow maps (nice for streamers)
- Added a more sophisticated crash dumper (it takes quite a bit longer when the game crashes until it closes since we write a bigger memory dump and zip it, so please don't kill the process ;)
