The past 18 months have been a true rollercoaster ride for Chroma, from penciled ideas to an overwhelming Kickstarter campaign. So, it's with great excitement that we can confirm Chroma will release on Steam on Thursday 28th January. As you'll know, Chroma will release with all cards unlocked and available to all players. This 'truly free-to-play' approach isn't just for the launch of the game, but is the case for all future expansions - not a single card pack can be found in Chroma. We are currently working hard to ensure you are offered a deep and diverse experience at launch, here's what you can expect on day one: -Casual and Ranked matchmaking (Bo1 & Bo3 (with sideboard)) -In-depth tutorial to understand the core mechanics of Chroma -240 cards representing 4 diverse factions -22 Heroes, all bringing their own powerful abilities to the story -Private matchmaking -In-game spectate mode The launch is only the beginning of Chroma's story. We are already working on post-launch content for the game, including in-game events, expansions, and extended lore. We are so excited for you to explore the lands on Arholt on the 28th of January.
