Maul retreat no longer shares cooldown with Maul enter. This means Maul enter and Maul retreat now cool down independently. Example: Maul enters. Maul enter is now on cooldown for 2 turns. Next turn. Maul enter CD is now 1. Maul retreats. End turn. Maul enter CD is now 0. Maul can enter again. This also means Maul can now retreat and enter again in the same turn if its been 2 turns since Maul entered. This has no effect on how Maul being removed from the Story currently works.
