Playtest Now Available!

Hello everybody! The playtest is now live! For those who haven't registered, registrations will remain open until December 24th at 7 P.M. CET.

Features

The playtest contains most of the game's features:

Track editor with full set of tracks and scenery objects
Race mode with all cars except campaign related cars
Time of day settings
Multiplayer

If you've played the Steam Game Festival demo last summer, your savefiles will most likely still load, however there may be bugs that wouldn't normally occur. A note about car physics: The car physics are not finished and will most likely change massively during and also after the playtest. If there are things you notice about it that are missing or just feel off, please tell us about it.

Linux

For those who wanted to play the playtest on Linux, we have some bad news for you. Since a recent engine upgrade we've done the Linux support for SteamVR is currently broken and therefore a native Linux build is currently not possible. However, we've tested the game with Proton and it works fine and currently we see this as a temporary solution for the problem. We hope you'll be having fun during the playtest!

Slotracers VR is a full slotracing experience built for VR.

Bring back your childhood memories - build the best slotracing tracks you can imagine and race on them. Equipped with a powerful ingame editor, offering lots of track and scenery parts, the only limit is your imagination. Use the integrated Steam Workshop to share your creations with the community. Race against the clock or compete against your friends on self built or downloaded tracks.

Multiplayer

Enjoy every aspect of the game with up to 8 players - build the ultimate racetrack with your friends or compete against them in exciting races. The game even supports LAN multiplayer, allowing those sweet VR LAN parties.
