Early Access launch date announced!
For the occasion, I've recorded a commented gameplay video explaining the core concepts of the game and giving you a glimpse at what to expect from the early access version: [previewyoutube=rCjX9cBI_Ts;full]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCjX9cBI_Ts[/previewyoutube] There's even a french version if you speak baguette de fromage. I'm sure you have a lot of questions about this whole early access thing. Well, don't fret, I have some answers for you...
The main goal of Early Access is to involve the Steam community in the development process and get their feedback and suggestions for the game.
It is expected to last around 12 months depending on player feedback and the amount of content that will be added.
The Early Access version already has all of the base game mechanics implemented and balanced in a polished state and free from major bugs. It includes: - Tutorial missions - 4 factions (SWAT, FBI, Robbers and Gangsters) - 4 types of mission - 5 types of weapon (23 weapons in total) - 3 types of grenade - Mission editor + community made missions For each of the 4 factions: - 3 campaign chapters (30 missions in total) - 9 skirmish missions - daily, weekly and monthly challenge missions - 4 random mission generators (1 for each type of mission)
The plan is to tweak the existing game mechanics if necessary and add more content: - New game modes - New game mechanics - New types of mission - New map biomes - New campaign perks - New character skills - New weapons, grenades and equipment - Weapon attachments
The price will not change when the game leaves Early Access.
I will be giving regular updates on the development process and actively listening to player feedback before and after each update. The official Discord server will be the main communication channel but I'll also monitor the Steam forums.
Let's post it in the comments below!
You can try the free demo available on the Steam page, talk about it with your friends, share it on your favorite internet places and most importantly, you know the drill:

Complete your mission with a single plan
- Plan every move of your team members and sync them using the new timeline system.
- Preview your strategy. Did you cover every angle? Are your room entries simultaneous?
- Proceed and watch your team execute your perfect plan. At least let's hope it IS perfect, you have No Plan B!
Missions are designed by the community using the in-game editor
- The map layout: small or big map? where do you want covers to be placed? how many entry points?
- The player team: do you want to play the good guys or the bad guys?
- The NPCs: where will they spawn? which predefined AI should they use?
- The mission objective: heist the bank (with or without casualties)? rescue the hostages? survive and extract from a zombie attack?
