Health pickups are a game changer!

Health pickups have been added to all Deathmatch levels, and they are a game changer! Players can now customise their colour through the Settings menu, and their Fire Walls will change colour to match! Some other minor improvements and fixes have been made - see the readme for the full list of changes.
