Hello everyone!

We are thrilled to announce that controller support is now available for all Hadean Tactics players! This has been a very big task that required a deep dive into the game's infrastructure. After a lot of refinements, we're finally ready to roll it out for everyone. This update also brings the Compendium rework - every unit in Hadean Tactics now has its very own file in the Ethernal Records. Unlock the entries as you play and uncover more about the units that shape your journey.

What's next?

We've also been working on the final 1.0 update behind the scenes - this upcoming release will feature the final boss battle, and the ending of the game. In the meantime, over the next few weeks, we'll post a few more updates as we continue to enhance the Hadean Tactics experience. We're bringing official localization to Simplified Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese (more languages to come in the future), and working towards Steam Deck verification, among other improvements.

Timeline

We are aiming to release the 1.0 update by the end of this month, if not next month. We'll keep you posted on our progress, so stay tuned!

Gameplay

Cards

-- Vulture Eye now gives you Energy on the next turn instead of instantly. -- Changed card Genome cost from 4/3 to 5/4.

Units

-- Beary unit is now called Bruiser Beary. -- Support Beary unit is now called Ward Beary. -- Protection Beary unit is now called Rogue Beary. -- Harpy Egg unit is now called just Egg. -- Changed Healing Wisp base Health from 100 to 150.

Skills

-- Summon Zombie skill is now called Gravecall.

Alliances

-- Bright Alliance now gives you Energy on the next turn instead of instantly. -- Clay Alliance changed from 99% Shield to 50% Shield. -- Necromancer alliance is now called Illusionist alliance.

Relics

-- Changed Idol of Lust healing reduction from 90% to 75%. -- Changed All Seeing Eye from unlimited manual targeting to +2 charges to manual actions. -- Added flavor text to relic Crystal Shard.

Events

-- Edited events's texts to remove extra text effects.

Quality of Life

-- Wrong target for cards are now displayed. -- Compendium Alliance filter now shows Alliance details. -- Added trophies count to Leaderboard view.

Visuals

-- Revamped the visuals for the Black Market panel. -- Finalized background illustrations for Asphodel Meadows, The Pits, and Frozen Fields. -- Changed the colors of skill Might Call.
