Howdy Krogonians, Update #5 is live! This update brings substantial changes to easy mode, making the game more accessible to those new to the genre. Below is the full changelog.

General

  • Renamed difficulty modes (Relaxed, Veteran, Hardcore)
  • Reference player personas in difficulty mode summaries, so that players have an easier time choosing a difficulty that suits them
  • Stages do not restart when you Game Over on Relaxed mode
  • Bosses have slightly less HP on Relaxed mode
  • You now start with 7 lives on Relaxed mode (rather than 9)
  • Merchants now sell 3 lives on Relaxed mode (rather than 2)
  • The charm that shows enemy health is now the first charm that you can acquire
  • The charm that shows enemy health now shows boss health
  • Swapped Max Health Up with collectible in Stage 2 to make it less likely to be missed
  • Minor adjustments to Stage 1 terrain
  • Slightly extended some platforms in Stage 3 to prevent accidentally sliding off
  • Added telegraph to Stage 3 boss lightning attack [/olist]

  • Hit box of electric projectile now changes with sprite size
