Everyone knows that felines and humans have had darker pages in their mutual history. Sometimes it was about some tiger occasionally munching on some expendable human. But most frequently it were the humans who were harassing defenceless cats for looking too suspicious.
Fortunately, these grim times are over now. Even more fortunately, humans are now aware that although cats do not possess any kind of magic (which, honestly, would be kinda cool) they do carry around their infinite wisdom. And thanks to the magic of science, humans can make it up for centuries of kicking cats around. The time of KOTOVOD has come!
This week brings at least one more impressive piece of machinery to make your cats feel special: meet the glorious Pillow Maker, which, perhaps not surprisingly, produces pillows of exquisite quality to roll on. In order to make sure that there's enough cloth for making these luxurious items, Cotton Collectors have been redesigned for more efficient production.
Luxury stock attracts luxurious customers: rich and elite cats have been spotted on Learning Factory campus, looking (and finding!) the most extravagant and fashionable goods. And this is but the beginning! Thanks to the work of KOTOVOD engineers, cats will thrive in abundance!

- Cotton Collector updated: it now picks cotton from the area in front and to the side of it

- New type of starting store: Fixed Price Stores feature items that cost 1 coin. The Store that allows price tuning now must be researched before building
- Store crafting prices decreased
- Research price for the first types logistics machinery decreased
- Machine learning model updated, Linear Regression and Research Labs can now take the data directly from the Stores
- Data Storage is now optional for building: it speeds up research and stabilizes Linear Regression
- New building: Pillow Makers are capable of crafting comfy pillows for cats
- Crafting houses now requires pillows
- Prices of many items rebalanced

Learning factory is an automation sim in which you will learn how machine learning works and design your own self-sustaining factory.
It's all part of perhaps the most important quest: trying to understand what your cat REALLY wants. Do you want that door opened? Or closed? Understanding such complicated creatures cannot be done without analyzing huge amounts of data and building a neural network. And there's just a place to go for all that.
