German localisation: fixes and proofreading

This update fixes a lot of stylistic errors in the German text, and a few places where the German text couldn't be found by the system. If you see a line that looks like "-loc- error: text could not be found", please let us know here! As far as we know, all those problems are now gone. This also fixed a bug where learning Shakira's big secret did not unlock the appropriate report answer to the report question "Did you learn anything else of note about the subject?"

- Build trust and rapport with your subject
- Manipulate their emotions to uncover more information

- Submit accurate reports to climb the corporate ladder, or feed false information so the subjects go free
