[Passive Auxiliary Item] The "Experimental Sensor" has been added. It provides lower sensor range than the standard sensor, but in return provides random bonuses.
[Misc] The Frigate Hangars are no longer available in the general loot table from the start of the game, but instead unlocked when appropriate large ships can be obtained.
[Bugfix] Shops are no longer reset when their corresponding sectors have been unloaded from memory.
