Five month recap!
12 new Vagrantis-type ships have been added to the loot table. Drone Tug Engine: All summoned drones of equal or lower level as this engine are pulled to the ship when it is boosting. B-Missile: A Vagrantis weapon that fires large gyro-stabilized missiles.
There is now a sort option in the gambler. The loot filter now works in the gambler as well (for text matching item names).
The titles and descriptions of all possible item recipes in the Continuum Transmuter are now presented. Only discovered recipes contain information regarding their requirements. It is now possible to spend Latinum to research unknown recipes. Two new recipes related to Continuum Events have been added.
There are now several new tab filter options in the storage (item grade, item type and a free text field).
The width of crosshair lasers can now be adjusted. See "Crosshair Laser Width (%)" in main menu -> options -> user interface. How crosshair lasers scale based on world-space camera zoom is now adjustable. See "UI Scaling: Lasers" in main menu -> options -> user interface. It is now possible to lock the cursor to the game window. This option is located in the general options section of the main menu ("Lock cursor to window"). A confirmation modal is now presented if the exit game button is pressed while a game session is active. The main menu now contains a "Continue" button if a game session is active when the main menu is enabled. The main menu now contains a "Solo campaign" button which starts a single player campaign game with the difficulty set in the standard create game screen. Ship class and diameter are now presented in tooltips for unidentified items (e.g., in the gambler). Content preloading can now be toggled on/off (default:on). If off, content is dynamically loaded when required. This results in quicker game loading time and lower RAM usage at the cost of occasional lag when new content is being loaded. Machines with low or shared video memory may benefit from disabling this setting. It is available in the general options menu. Another gamepad control scheme has been added. The 'Bulk' loot pickup method now expands based on the player sensor range. Player interaction is now based on the location of the cursor instead of the position of the ship. Weapon range is now presented in item tooltips. A few weapons (most notably, the Frost Tornado) are not fully supported by this subsystem yet - but will be soon. Item tooltips for drone summoning items will receive this statistic at a later date.
Several Vagrantis weapons are now gyro-stabilized (bullets are fired as though the firing ship is at rest). Axiom weapons have been made more powerful. A few especially notorious bosses have been nerfed. Hope to see you in-game! :) /Hannes
