[Balance] Larger enemies (e.g., cruisers) are now more likely to be promoted to elites (and higher) than smaller enemies (e.g., scouts). [Balance] The Active Auxiliary Stationary Indestructible Hull has been buffed. [Balance] The Founders skill "Mind vs Body" now provides 20% attack speed buff per level (up from 10%).
