[Balance] Removed the flight speed cap in end-game challenges - i agree that it made end-game less fun. [Bug fix] Fixed an error in one of the Continuum Challenges. [Bug fix] Reverted changes to some network subsystems introduced by 1.0394 that could cause synch issues.

Story
