Misc update
[Misc] All tutorial messages and waypoint descriptions have now been translated to Chinese (by WH). [Sound] The volume of the sound effect for continuous beam-type weapons has been reduced. [Bug fix] There was an error for the skill "Glacial Strike" that caused it to not reset properly. This is now fixed. [Bug fix] Fixed an issue with flight-speed buff conditions that could cause an unintended slowdown when removed.

Story
