+ UI spinner added to the inventory to better communicate GCD + GCD Time is left unchanged at 0.15 seconds + GCD wasn't triggering with most weapons (BUG)(FIXED)

[Balance]

[Brutal Shot]

- Direct hit damage changed from (75) to (45) *reflects final damage including the AoE - AoE damage (no direct hit) changed from 45 to 20

[Rocket Launcher]

+ AoE Damage 45 -> 55

[Shotty]

- Minimum damage 5 -> 3 - Effective range (max damage at this range) 2200 -> 1800 - Headshot multiplier 1.5x -> 1.25 ----- +NEW WEAPON

[B.A.B.Y.](Abigail Weapon)

A shotty clone except + Alt fire is a giant spread, and provides a big knock-back to the user + Can be used for movement

[Bugs]

+ Fixed TNT radius bug + Fixed TNT chain explode bug + Fixed dalton not showing your outfits on character select + Fixed hemlock not holding a weapon on character select + Added proper rotation pivots for Flamethrower & Grapple weapons (visual) + Bingo's stealth wasn't breaking on Rocket, TNT, or Brutal Shot firing

[QoL]

+ Weapon pickup animation now only plays if you're out of combat, preventing strange firing animations ruining your shots + Weapon switching is now faster, as most of the checks are now client side only + Scroll wheel weapon switching (you need to bind it) is now more responsive
