Online mode is now available to all players in Jelly Brawl: Classic for free. forever.

I have heard the resounding opinion that online should be free and I agree! However, to cover server and development costs, I needed to charge players in order to maintain the game. I additionally didn't want to make this a free service and make those who purchased the game or expansion feel cheated. However today I have found a nice compromise for us all to get more brawlers in the game but not cheat those who have supported the game.

All those who are currently free Jelly Brawl: Classic players now have access to online play. However, the level lock at level 3 still persists making it so you may not unlock any new stages, colors, faces, boss rounds. These will remain exclusive to those who have bought the full game or the expansion. All other game modes, level editor, custom stages, and achievements remain exclusive to the full game

This way, those who have supported the game still get exclusive content and will continue too but will allow for the online player count to be more supported by players who can't afford to support the game. If you are unhappy with this change you are welcome to return your expansion or full release purchase through steam. Thanks to all those who continue to play Jelly Brawl and will be hopping online.
