Hey bud cleasunnies! Hope you are well. First, I am about to discuss an exploit of sorts in both Clea 1 and 2. If you are not aware of any, I ask that you do not read this article yet. I sincerely wish for players to survive the campaigns naturally first. Then, as their focus shifts from horror to domination, they are more than welcome to use every tool in the bag.
Okay, you know which move I am referring to. Not long after Clea 1s release, a player named Logsync shared a clip where chapter 1 was beaten ultra fast. I thought, No way that time is possible. Then, I watched the clip, and there it was. A move I dub the Logsync Swap. Go through a door while an enemy is coming in, and you go past each other without the foe being alerted.
First, dang it, I did this to protect you clealol! Originally, if you entered another room while a Chaos Servant was at the door, you would game over instantly. In the real world, that would indeed happen. Even though you can 100% prevent this by peeking through doors and listening to audio cues, new players will find this unfair. This was why I added a failsafe to protect the players. However, it also resulted in this being abusable.
Here is what I did for Clea 2. This time, if you pull off the move, the enemy will be alerted. However, they must go back through the same door before they can begin their chase. A minor stopgap, but lets face it. If you know Cleas mechanics well enough, you will still be able to escape.
Most important, do I wish to deny this move? Hell nah. In Doom Eternal, you can switch from a Precision Bolt to any other weapon for what I dub the god swap. This lets you swap weapons so fast you wipe even the tankiest of demons in seconds. Is it broken? Maybe. Does it feel good? You bet it does. The devs had patched this out for a time, and I voted for it to return:

If there is an unintended move in a game that makes players feel awesome, I say leave that thing in. Once a player has earned that mastery, let them express it.
Clea can be many things to players. To start with, it can be a survival horror. Then, as you gain experience, it becomes a journey of conquest. I will master these routes and mechanics until I make a fool of Chaos+. When I offer an impossible challenge, only for you to laugh in my face, that brings me great happiness.
Still, once you become a dominant Clea player, there is no going back. Ask if those Resident Evil 1 speedrunners fear the zombies. Scared the enemies will end their runs, sure, but not in a traditional sense. And so, I have a favor to ask. In your first Clea 2 run, please, do not use the door swap. Enjoy the game in its natural form, because that first run is precious. It is something you can never get back. Soak in that atmosphere. Engage in the lore. Check out those sceneries. Be afraid. Love your first run. After that, heck, use Cheat Engine for all I care. It is your game to destroy. Please, not on Arcade Mode, though.
While I am here, I might ask for one more thing. You know how you can run on the spot to alert an enemy to your location? For your first run, lets not even do that. Please use only sound objects such as toilets. These are optional, but I think they would lead to a tense first run.
In secret, I am so mad I never noticed this glitch before release. Damn it, I exploit all the time in games! Popping in and out of save rooms in The Evil Within. Mr X abuse in RE2. I must have been too close to the project to spot potential exploits.
