Maybe you already know that, but the BZZZT game is being developed by one humble artist (me) and one excellent music composer, Martin Linda. With this project, I wanted to pay tribute to all the much-loved games from the '80s, which I grew on, and they were the main reason I started making games. So, one day I said to myself: "Wouldn't it be cool to time travel back to the golden era of arcade games and enjoy it again?" And that day, my indie journey started! It was the beginning of BZZZT development!!! And because there isn't an army of community managers behind me, I am sharing my solo-dev progress across social media alone. Bzzzt is a fast-paced 2D pixel art platformer highly inspired by games from 80's.
We're sure you are asking: “What can go wrong during testing of new artificial intelligence?” And the answer is: “Almost everything!”
Face deadly traps, use your special abilities, jump through a series of testing chambers and prove you can fully control your newly obtained robotic body.
Experience a unique story-rich adventure with unexpected twists and help Norbert and Emily against evil and completely mad professor Badbert.
