Scoring system fixes.
- Milliseconds rounding is improved. Flawless and silver trophy runs are now correctly registered when the displayed stage time is precisely on the trophy time limit (0.009 is rounded down now).
- The best personal score is stored correctly after finishing the stage for the first time.
- A lower score can't rewrite the Silver trophy anymore.
