- fixed: quit from menu not working bug
- fixed: structure material overrides not saving bug
- reduced SMG recoil 0.5 > 0.2, reduced SMG spread 9 > 7
- added skippable property to weapon transitions, some transitions can be skipped when pressing fire
- plasma rifle transition to alt fire mode is skippable
- grenade launcher transitions are skippable
- arc rail transition to alt fire is skippable but requires full charge.
- increased minigun rate of fire 16%
- plasma projectile damage increased 10 > 12
